This is my first time using Get Van so I was a little dubious I would find someone for my job, but I thought I would give it a try. I received a couple of bids one was from iDeliver.
The Communication was perfect, David answered all my questions, Communicated with me the night before delivery and on the day of Delivery, David was very Friendly, Helpful and Completely Trustworthy, and my item arrived in Perfect Condition. The morning of our move the courier cancelled as his van had broken down. He could not give us another date as it was unknown how long it would take to fix. We had travelled from Bristol to Ilfracombe to meet him and had a wasted journey. As we had paid a small amount as a deposit we did not try to reclaim it. We will not be using this service again.

Have you a budget in mind?
This is a hot tub we have been given so the budget is low I am afraid, the only service I have seen so far is a firm who advertises on eBay and the offer a flat rate service of £180, I am looking to improve on this hopefully, thanks
Crane or Hi ab are gonna be expensive, is their another option, a picture would help us to access the situation, does the flat rate service offer an crane service/hi-ab because if they does that's a good rate and to save the hassle i would shake their hands now. if not we could a few solutions but we have delivered these before and it can be a problem,
