The team done a great job in making what we thought would be a very stressful day to a very relaxed one. Collected and loaded everything really fast, delivery was made on time. I would certainly use there services again in the future.

Very easy to talk to and prompt responses. The items were well packaged in the van and arrived on time as expected. A mile better than any other courier I've ever worked with before at such a friendly price.

I waited for 3 hours and the driver didn't turn up. I tried calling him on several occasions, however all my calls went through to voicemail. I advised GetVan and they were also unable to get hold of him. I'm a small business owner where time is money and I need to rely on people that can provide a good reliable service. Having my time waisted and loosing money is not an efficient way to run a business.
Considering that this was his first first job with GetVan he's not made good impression and I won't be recommending or using his services in the future.
