All calls to your office were not responded to until the following day, despite the fact that it was during your stated office hours. We went to a competitor, who was immediately responsive and found us several van drivers who could step in and do the job. You did issue a refund after 2 weeks.

The removal guy showed up with a full van that had not been packed properly and was really unprofessional. He said that he would come back the next day with an empty van for us but seeing everything already thrown in the back, I didn't trust having anything transported by him as everything would definitely be broken. Nothing was tied down and secured properly. He also showed up extremely late.
