This is my first time using Get Van so I was a little dubious I would find someone for my job, but I thought I would give it a try. I received a couple of bids one was from iDeliver.
The Communication was perfect, David answered all my questions, Communicated with me the night before delivery and on the day of Delivery, David was very Friendly, Helpful and Completely Trustworthy, and my item arrived in Perfect Condition. A terrible experience dealing with Lyndon/Faster1.
Twice he made arrangements to pick up a sideboard from Dover and twice the seller waited in only for Faster1 not to show up. When I finally heard back after messages and texts all day, Lyndon told me he'd had an accident on the M25 and was in hospital, only for a female on his landline to tell me his van had broken down in an area where he had no signal. Talks the talk but certainly doesn't walk the walk. Would NEVER recommend him.

Garys service is second to none! He keeps you informed every step of the way, he delivered it when he said he would, the van is clean and tidy and he took great care with my stuff. Totally recommend him.
