Wayne was brilliant, he kept in contact with me, did what he said he would do with regard to timings and was very helpful. I couldn't fault the guy.

Cheapest price, but driver wasn't informed of specific requirements (timings, location etc), so tuned up nearly two hours early and asked an elderly neighbour to help him load sofa as nobody was at collection address (as informed at time of accepting order). Upon arrival at mine, poor guy was on his own, so I ended up having to help him up six stories. Ended up bunging him an extra £15 for his efforts, so actually ended up a false economy). In summary, driver was a really nice guy, but his company didn't fulfil their commitment to me as a customer.
