Please read our terms and conditions: -We provide a man with a van service, which means that the driver needs help with loading/unloading the heavier/larger items. If really recquired, we possibly can provide another porter for an extra cost(please ask for details) -This quote is for a ground floor to ground floor delivery. If you are on upper floor and recquire help with carrying the item upstairs please let us know, and we can give you a quote for that. -We deliver your item exacty as we get it. We can cover your item intransit with furniture blanket, and strap it so it wont move, so we do everything to deliver your item in perfect condition, but if your item gets damaged due to the lack of packaging, we can not take responsibility for it. However we can offer a packaging service, when we fully wrap your item with bubblewrap and shrink wrap foil. -If your item can be dismantled (tables, bookcases, dressers), please dismantle it before we arrive, or let us know before collection if you need any help with it.
