Each removal is unique therefore we accommodate for your individual needs as a customer, as customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. We appreciate and understand removals don’t always go to plan so we are flexible to move dates around accordingly, to meet your removal needs when we are able to do so. Our Team members are fully uniformed, friendly and courteous, prepared to go the extra mile. They are experienced in handling all types of household belongings, and when necessary use trolleys to assist with the heavier goods. If you have anything large or out of the ordinary please inform us. Our vehicles are clean have tail lifts and are equipped with protective blankets and straps to ensure your belongings are secured and protected during transit. We will sort your belongings to the appropriate rooms making the experience as hassle free as possible. We cover both local and nationwide as distance is not an issue. We offer a packing, dismantling and reassembling service. Our packing service includes the provision of all packing materials and two packers, which is undertaken the day before the removal. We provide short term/long term storage facilities with 24 hour security. Postponements/Cancellations We know that stuff happens and that not everything always goes to plan. It's no problem if you need to cancel your job, but you need to bear in mind that you will be charged a cancellation fee according to how much notice is given, We don't like having to charge you a cancellation charge, but we need to do this because once you have booked your job we will set aside man power and vehicles to be able to get you moved on your chosen date. We will also spend time and resources contacting you and ensuring that you will end up having a brilliantly smooth and stress-free moving day. If you cancel soon before you're scheduled to move, we will have difficulty re-allocating its resources to another job. This is why cancellation policies are often staggered such that, the closer your cancellation date is to your moving date, the higher the charge. If you cancel your job more than 10 working days before your job was scheduled to start, there will be no charges (a 'working day' means of Monday to Friday). Between: 1-9 days: 10% of the total removal charges. Between: 1-5 days: 20% of the total removal charges. Less than 24 hours: 50% of the total removal charges.
