Our Terms and Conditions: 1. Our bid is based on the inventory items listed by you in the listing. Extra items, that are not listed in description, will occur extra charge. Please notify us about any extra items, which are not listed, before you accept the bid to avoid unexpected charges. If your listing contain uncalculated number of items, (e.q. "Boxes", "Bags", "Suitcases", etc) we fairly count this as 5-8 boxes or bags, 2-3 suitcases or similar. Any items more then this will be charged extra. 2. Waiting time: Waiting at pick-up/drop-off location, if the person is not at home, despite prior arrangement, for more then 5-10 minutes, will occur charge of £0.50 per minute to cover our van time. 3. Our vans are running by single porter/driver. You need to make sure, that for fairly heavy or bulky items, or when stairs are involved, help for our driver will be provided at both ends. 4. If your listing is placed as flexible collection/delivery date this means what it says. If you require a set time/day or if any restrictions on when it can be collected/delivered, this must be mentioned prior to accepting our bid. This also related to pick-up's/drop-off's from/to business premises. Our delivery hours are 8am-8pm. For all "Flexible" advertised jobs, we will give 3-4 hours time window a day in advance for pick up and drop off. It will help you not to wait for us all day long. However, this slot is for estimate only and not guaranteed, when we bid for "Flexible" job conditions. 5. If your listing have time request, which we can't meet, we will submit our option for alternative timing, as will be stated in the message, accompanied our bid. If you accept our bid, your time request will not be valid any longer and we will do your job with accordance to our stated timing conditions. 6. Our phone lines are open 8am-8pm only. Outside of those hours, please send us an email and we will respond it as soon as we become available. By accepting our quote you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
