Please inform us of the floor levels for each property in advance (if not already included in the description) * If the customer chooses to pay via PayPal, he needs to do so by the day before the delivery date and the PayPal transaction fee needs to be covered by the customer. * We accept account transfer payments only by the day before collection. * It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the inventory list provided for the specific job is correct and accurate. We may charge extra for items not listed in the inventory or included in the communication prior to reaching a formal agreement. * If the customer fails to provide access for collection/delivery on the arranged date or time slot. Waiting time or storage may incur extra fees . Waiting time -£20 p/h per man booked. Storage fees may very according to the type of job that is being carried out and the location of collection/delivery. Charge per m3 per day would vary between £15-£50 depending on factors such as weight/size and delivery location. * In cases of damage, we accept liability when Items that require packaging for transport such as loose items, TV's expensive/glass or fragile furniture and other items are packaged by ourselves. * if the customer cancel a job on the day of the booking, he is still responsible to pay 50% of the outstanding amount.
