The Service we offer is for an 1 man and a vehicle, with collection & delivery performed at ground floor level only or in to and out of buildings if necessary of booking. If you require the driver to place/collect items in your home or carry upstairs/downstairs please state beforehand. (failure to do so may incur an extra charge) **Assistance required lifting in and out of van with heavy or bulky items. GOODS INSURANCE: free of charge on all items up to the value of GBP75.
